Frequently Asked Questions

Allynn’s most frequently asked questions and answers

What is the core competency of Allynn?

Allynn is a Customer Service Company, and by the way, we design and build parts.  The owners of Allynn have made it a priority to focus on customer service first, knowing that good work with on time deliveries will follow.  Experience shows that companies do not buy from companies.  Instead, people buy from people.  To be successful in our trade, we must first be attentive to the people who require our services.  A simple premise that has been the root of our daily operations for over 25 years.

Do you have other shops to support work produced?

Allynn is a member of the Southwest Michigan Tooling Collaborative, LLC.  Formed in 2005, this corporation of 15 member shops regularly engages in work load sharing.  Work load sharing can take the form of both human and physical resources.  When shop work loads become high, work is shared to keep delivery schedules on track.  When work requires machining not available at our shop, a partner shop with the proper machine tool performs the work required.  This partnership gives each member access to 200 employees at 15 shop locations to support your project from concept to final assembly.

Do you use any outside services?

Allynn has developed strong relationships with established companies to support services often required for the parts we create.  These services include:  surface treatments of chrome, nickel, hard coat & standard anodize; weld splatter resistant coating; black oxide; and heat treat hardening.  We also work with A2LA Certified inspection labs for 3rd party CMM inspection and certification of our design & build projects.
